All of our ingredients are certified gluten free and dairy free. We use the highest quality ingredients available to us and make everything from scratch. Aside from the use of locally sourced farm fresh eggs, we do not use any other animal products in our treats. Additionally, even our brownies and cakes can be made completely vegan by request, without eggs, but the default recipes are not vegan.

Our recipes are approved by the NYS Dept. of Agriculture and Markets and are shelf stable, not requiring refrigeration under normal circumstances.

Our kitchen is a gluten-free and dairy-free home kitchen, since the owner is strictly GF & DF, however cross-contamination is always a possibility. Please consider this before purchasing from us. If you have a severe allergy, please purchase from a certified GF commercial bakery. No refunds will be given once items are purchased.
