I create desserts for people with food sensitivities like me, but made them decadent and nearly undetectably vegan and gluten-free!

I am an Endicott, NY based home bakery specializing in vegan, gluten-friendly fudge as well as brownies and mini cakes. This baking journey started after being told by my doctor that I had to change my diet completely due to chronic health concerns. This was a HUGE bummer because I love all things gluten and dairy, like most regular people! Now, I eat very clean and mainly home cooked meals, but any time I wanted to “indulge” and satisfy my sweet tooth, I found myself eating terribly dry, grainy, and not so tasty “desserts” that left me sadder than before. So, I decided to solve my own problem by testing and creating my very own cake blends and fudge recipes, all inspired by my Vietnamese heritage and a mix of modern takes on classic flavors.
