Vegan Vietnamese Mocha Latte Instant Coffee Mix - 6oz (10-12 servings)
Intense robusta coffee meets creamy coconut milk and rich cocoa. A dusting of warm cinnamon and a hint of fragrant vanilla bean round it out, producing a luxuriously smooth, chocolate‑kissed cup with a cozy, lingering spice.
Traditionally, Vietnamese coffee is paired with condensed milk to mellow out the bitter strength of robusta beans, but when you’re lactose intolerant, condensed milk is out of the question. I’ve created my very own instant mix that allows anyone to enjoy a taste of my home country, right in the comfort of their own home.
Fun Fact: Robusta coffee is twice as strong as Arabica coffee, so be careful if you’re sensitive to caffeine!
Instructions: Add ½ to 2 tablespoons of powder to 2 oz of hot water or hot milk. Mix until dissolved. Add 6 oz of hot water or choice of hot milk for a delicious hot latte, or pour the mixture over ice, then add your favorite cold milk for the perfect iced latte. Add your choice of sweetener or flavoring syrup!
Great as a “shot of espresso” added to your regular coffee!
**Shelf-stable, best kept at room temp in a dry area. Best by 6 months after production - best consumed within 4-6 weeks after opening. Clumping is normal if stored in a humid environment - simply crush up the clumps for easier mixing.
